These terms apply to your use of the RV Infinity website at www.rvinfinity.co. By using the site you accept them. RV Infinity is based at D6-103, Surekha Vatika Apartment, Hanspal, Bhubaneswar – 752101, Odisha, India.

These terms cover the website only. Event work is governed by the separate written proposal and contract we agree with you for that event. Where the two differ, the signed event contract takes precedence.

Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation; it does not create a booking, reserve a date, or oblige either of us to proceed. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.

Service descriptions on this site are indicative. Prices are quoted per event and depend on guest count, venue, production scale, and duration. A date is held only once we confirm it to you in writing and any agreed booking amount is received.

We keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions, and specifications, images, and capabilities may change without notice. Event photography and imagery is illustrative of our work and style, not a guarantee of a specific outcome, venue, or setup for your event.

You agree not to:

• use the site unlawfully, or to send false, abusive, or misleading enquiries;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system;
• interfere with the site’s operation, or attempt to overload or disrupt it;
• scrape, copy, or reuse the site’s content or images commercially without our written permission.

The RV Infinity name, logo, site design, copy, and event photography are owned by RV Infinity or used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share links to the site. You may not reproduce, adapt, or republish its content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

The site links to third-party services, including WhatsApp and our social media profiles. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave this site.

To the extent permitted by law, RV Infinity is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
