We only collect what you choose to send us. If you submit the enquiry form on this site, that is:

• the type of event you are planning;

If you contact us by phone, email, or WhatsApp instead, we hold whatever you share in that conversation.

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking on this website. Nothing on this site profiles you or follows you to other sites. Web fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not tell any font provider that you visited.

Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and manage your event if you go ahead with us. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Only the people who need it. That means our own team, and — where an event requires it — the specific vendors and venues delivering your event, who receive only the details needed to do their part.

Two technical parties are involved in operating the site and our communications: our website hosting provider, which processes standard server request logs, and our email provider. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

If you message us through the WhatsApp button, that conversation happens on WhatsApp and is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.

Enquiries that do not become events are kept only as long as they are commercially useful and then deleted. Records relating to events we delivered are retained for as long as required for accounting, tax, and contractual purposes.

Email info@rvinfinity.co and you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will.

This site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to enquiry information to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send payment card details or identity documents through the enquiry form.

This site is intended for people arranging events, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
